If you do a Google or Yahoo Search for the actual wireless "make", then you should be able to download the drivers from websites

on my hp thier is a program located in hp tools aplication to selectivly reload drivers

nope..there is no such software.
but you can download diagnostic softwares that will tell you what the problem is.
