Global pollution: 1.- USA 36% 2.- China 7 %
GHG pollution: 1.- USA 25 % 2.- China 9 %
GHG net pollution: 1.- USA 25 % 2.- EU 10 % 3.- Russia 4.- Japan
Russian and Japan almost same amounts than EU, their positions change depending on periods we take and what you consider as russian surface.

USA is about 4 times worse than 2nd place Russia, and Japan is 3rd.

I think it is China , but due to its size of economy and Industrial history , USA might be the Number 1 as well.
