If you take your time to eat, it will give your brain a chance to realize you have been eating, this is because the mechanism that turns the hunger off has some 20 mins delay. Eat slow, this will make you stop when you are SATISFIED, not full or stuffed. Or, eat until you feel satisfied. If you feel full, maybe you ate too much.

You should eat until you are satisfied- not full or stuffed. Being satisfied may mean less food than being "full" but you shouldn't walk away from the table still hungry nor should you walk away thinking that you cannot eat another bite.

Eat smaller portions but eat more times in a day. I eat 5-6 meals a day and I have seen great results.

I was taught that you should stop eating before u feel full. That;s how some people do their diet. AS LONG AS DON'T START EATING BEFORE YOU FEEL HUNGRY. LOL

I have read studies that say it takes your brain 20 minutes to realize that your stomach is full.
I don't think it is bad to feel full, as long as you don't feel stuffed.

not necessarily, eat until your full, but not stuffed. many people don't have the luxury of feeling full, they overeat until they ARE stuffed. keep listening to your signals and put the fork down when you are done. great work!

How about going full with healthy foods only and smaller portions with unhealthier food which you may occasionally treat yourself with? Think about it and good luck! : )
