Turkey is far healthier as it has a lower fat content then both ham and roast beef. It also has a higher protein content then both.

Turkey. IF it is real turkey breast and not some formed loaf that a lot of stores sell. That includes all the meat from the turkey, they chopped it all up and then form it into a loaf. Gross. Go somewhere were you can get real turkey breast.

turkey is the leanest. however, the roast beef will have the most protein as it is a red meat
