i sent a ton of funny pics to my friend who is at home far away from me and he is feeling depressed so the emails showed how much i care for him and they made his day... plus i am surprising him with a visit at the weekend and im bringing his fave bro 2 so i think that counts as a good deed and making him SMILE

I smile and say hello to an old man i pass every mornign whilst taking my son to school. it doesn't seem much but his face lights up as though he's pleased that someone has a little time for him.
