Some medicines contain carbs, but i would imagine that the amount is small, and if you are eating a proper diet, to be insignifigant. You are very unlikely to gain weight if you are sick.

Yes, it's full of sugar. If you are a diabetic, the have sugar free medications you can take. If you are just cutting out carbs...gimme a break. Just take the medication as directed. It's not going to make you fat.

Not sure but menthol is a temporary appetite suppressant. So I'm sure the minimal calories are covered by the lack of hunger it creates.
