You really need to read the whole chapter of the scripture being used. You will find that all who have sinned are either lost or redeemed.I hope we all go to heaven.I am not trying to prove anyone wrong, just trying to prove what is right. And yes Adultery is sin and needs to be repented of.Amen!!

you can't its called the wages of sin is death. The only way is to have the blood of Christ, his perfect nature dwelling in you.

Well...unless we're all going to hell, the Bible is pretty clear that we all have sin. Although it was written before you were born, so they probably didn't realize about you. Who says homosexuals don't want to be perfect? Think about what sins you live with and ask yourself the same question...or don't you have any?
For all sinned and come short of the glory (Rom 3:23)
They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one (Psalms 14:3)
What then? Are we better than they? Not at all; for we have already charged that both Jews and Greeks are all under sin; 10as it is written, "There is none righteous, not even one (Roman 3:9-10)

The same book (Leviticus) also says it's (just as) wrong to commit adultery. Now, the reasons allowed in the bible are fairly narrow, very few used for real divorces. All those people that get remarried are committing adultery according to the bible.

The bible is not the only authority of people's lives. And a literal translation of the bible is that you can "sin" as long as you "believe"in Jesus, you shall go to that thing you call "heaven". Read you bible!

Nowhere in the bible does it say that we can go to heaven with sin but scripture does say that God is quick to forgive all sin except the unconfessed. We believers must realize that we are not the bible cops. Scripture says that God reveals His Son to the blind... not us. We are so quick to judge others but doesn't scripture say that we will be judged with the measure that we judge. We must preach the truth but with humility in our hearts showing love towards people as Jesus would. Stop casting gays and lesbians to hell when you have no authority... it is God who judges and condemns.

Why is it that you people constantly attack homosexuals.
The same scripture that calls homosexuality an abomination has the exact same condemnation for eating pork, shellfish etc.
These restrictions were supposedly lifted with Christ.
So if you bash homosexuals per your religion, why is it that you are not equally bashing those who eat shrimp fried rice or pork steak?

In plain English you don't want to hear anything that refutes your point of view. Ignorance and arrogance... I'll bet you're just really taken with yourself aren't you? Guess what? It's only the pov of a select group of arrogant and ignorant twits who think it's "living in sin" and nobody died and made YOU fit to judge... check your Bible there are lots of quotes from Jesus and God about who's allegedly REALLY in charge of "judgement".

In Matthew 9:12-14
Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.'[a] For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
This means that Jesus is looking to spead mercy to all sinners...that's why he came. So one can live in sin and still be saved as long as they eventually come to follow Christ. However, once you are revealed to the true word of God and continue to sin, then one has to be repentant.

No sin shall enter Heaven, and homosexuality is a sin. God calls it an abomination.
Either your sins are covered by the Blood of the Lamb of God, or you do not get into Heaven.

Once again, people's opinions are being spouted in the answers, and no one seems to know or care what the Bible says...
The Bible doesn't say anywhere that you can intentionally and repeatedly sin and still be accepted by God.
