a little yellow caffeine pill called vivarin. you can get it in the medicine aisle at any convenience store or grocery store. also, drink lots of coffee.

or, drink red bull or any other energy drink.

or, go the good route and eat celry and peanut butter and have some cheese and crackers. have some grapes or raisins, too.

make sure the caffeine thing isn't an every day ting...... lots of caffine can be really bad for you...

I think you are a worker if you are a worker or a student you may have 1 holiday per week spent that holiday for sleeping then the next day you will be all right or you may consult any doctor

Have you tried a strong cup of coffee? You may need to go to bed a bit earlier.

try stackers if you need to keep going all day long. I like the Stacker II's. The regular stackers make by stomach hurt and my hands shake....not good!!
