As far as fat content goes, that's pretty darned healthy. The grilled chicken will have maybe 4 grams, and a slice of cheese is 4-9 grams of fat. The pita probably has a couple.

I'd eat it in a heartbeat.

The only thing that really has a fat content is the cheese. If you're looking to cut carbs, go with a whole wheat pita wrap.

No, the only fat you have there is any oil used to grill the chicken, and the cheese, but it won't be too bad because you only have one slice. Sounds good!

Actually it sounds pretty tasty!

Use white cheese-provolone, mozeralla, swiss (less fat) instead of yellow (cheddar, colby).
