Ur not alone. This is a common thought that goes through every ones mind. It's part of life. U should not dwell on it, that's not healthy. Worry about things U can change. Don't worry about things U have no control over. I hope this helped U. Best of luck.

I live in Washington, during the Sniper crisis. I was asked more the question a few times, "Aren't you afraid of dying?". My answer was always the same. "If it is Gods will to take my life, than so be it". If someone has you in the cross-hairs of a rifle scope and is determined to pull the trigger, than they will do it.

Your not the only one out there that satisfies their fascination with death by watching the endless line up of dead bodies served up as entertainment on a nightly basis. I well never understand it.

I want you to take your kids to Chucky Cheese, pledge to yourself that you are secretly going to enjoy it more than they did. Play skeeball with them. Have a belching contest. Your kids will find this hilarious. Laugh along with them. Let their energy infect you.

Carpe Diem!

Death and Dying are part and parcel of life, I used to worry about it all the time and then I decided it was not worth worrying about as we have no real control over when and where we will die.

Just think about life instead and try to enjoy it as much as possible.

before i was on klonopin i worried contstantly about death and dying...and loved ones dying.. especially my 18 year old son (since he hasn't been driving all that long)

now that i am on klonopin it is a lot better though i still have the occasional worry...before it was obsessive...

you might have generalized anxiety disorder and it is treatable....with meds and therapy....
