Monday I ran eleven miles and I was feeling awfully tired. Then on Tuesday my legs and back were hurting. Yesterday my neck also started hurting. Today the back pain is gone, the ankles hurt just a little, but the neck pain is still there. Is this dangerous? I can tell it's muscle pain, but I'm getting worried since it won't go away and Ibuprofen or Icy Hot cream won't help.

I also recommend going to a chiropractor to see if you are out of alignment. I see a chiropractor for back and neck pain myself and was out of alignment. It has helped me 100%. My chiropractor has also given me stretches for the specific areas I need to target. Stretching may also be helpful to you. If you do decide to see a chiropractor, get recommendations and check around. I lucked out and found a great one. She doesn't try to push anything and lets the patient decide how they want to proceed with treatment.

Hope you find out the cause - neck pain is awful.

maybe your out of aliment and seeing a chrioprator can fix that in a 'snap', when your feet are hurt it will hurt your neck. Odd i know, but its how the body works. Just get back in alligment and you'll be fine also massage your feet! and soak them in hot water
