Salmonella in eggs is very rare, but possible, UNLESS it's pasteurized eggs, pasteurized eggs are heated so they contain no infectious bacteria or viral entities.

There are raw eggs in uncooked brownies so it is possible.

Well if contaminated raw eggs are in the mixture then you can theoretically, however you are only tasting so it is very unlikely.
