It's black through out the whole year...

Except during Hajj Times, it's hafly unrevealed (normal stone color) and then the lower half is "dressed" in white sheets (special and exclusive kinds of course)

Kaaba is covered by a black cloth known as 'KISWA', which is produced and changed every year special factory is designed for the making of kiswa in MAKKAH it costs approx SR 17 million. The cloth is made of 670 kgs of silver and dyed black. About 120 kgs of pure gold and 50 kgs of silver is used in writting the quranic verses over the cloth. The total area of the cloth is 658 sq meter.
