Finally a smart guy...
I can say a lot to explain the conflict of Arabs and Americans but if u were American u won't believe me because ur news tell the oboist, so if u really want to know the answer of ur question try to read about Arabs and especially about Muslims, check out what do they believe in and what have they been suffering from America and Israel which gets all the support from America to kill, destroy, and steal Arab's land.
9/11 was a tragedy for the whole world, it was unfair to take the innocent lives, actually I don’t believe that Arab's did that, I believe in the sentence tells " the objectives explain the tools" some party had to do that to achieve its purposes which is destroying Afghanistan, Iraq and stealing their oil and who knows who will be the next victim of the American bulldozer… am sure u reached to this question after thinking of "there is no smoke if there were no fire"…
Americans thinks that Muslims believe in taking others lives, but how can Americans explain what's going on in the Middle East, is it what they learned from Jesus? I believe in Jesus and I believe that's not his message, actually I don’t think they believe in Jesus…
Don't judge people that u don't actually know, the T.V is not the reality it's what they want u to believe, demand on ur self to find out the answers u need…

Go to the middle east and then you will see that your facts are screwed up. The media only shows what it wants not the truth. If we really want to win we have to make the people fear America more than the terroists and too many liberal bleeding hearts complain of American troops killing innocent Iraqs. I say as long as the Iraq's donot stand up and point out the triggerman at a roadside bomb then everyone in the area should be shot. Too many american troops are dying and noone says anything about the terrorist who gets away with it because the Innocent Iraqs will not tell on the murderer. Bottom line "there is no innocent Iraqs".

Do you listen to the news or read the paper? The Iraqi president practically fell on his knees and begged the U.S. not to leave the country. Iraqis are killing their own people. The U.S. is stationed there to help intervene and bring some democracy to the society. These evil Iraqis (killing their own people) are part of the Saddam regime. We are not invading them, we are trying to help them. I do feel we have no business being there but the United States always has to mind other people's business. There are a ton of U.S. soldiers that have put their lives on the line and are being killed everyday. Do you think they really want to be there, suffering for a bunch of ungrateful, uncivilized monguls? Of course not. They are forced by their posts. As for Iran, what are you talking about? They are making nuclear weapons to use against Israel. the president has so much hate in his heart that he can barely take care of the Iranian citizens. By the way, the people of Iran are decent people (overall)

If a country harbors terrorists, they may be attacked. We allowed Middle Eastern countries to harbor terrorists and allow them to train, and often even funding them and never did anything. 9/11 was the last straw.

Oh, ...and there will be no world caliphate. It ain't gonna happen.

Edit to add: ...and it isn't terrorizing to the people we protect from terrorists. However the slimy, scum that terrorists are actually kill innocent people just to make a point, and then they hide among the civillians so that it make the USA look bad when civilians die. So, who is doing the terrorizing?

Oh, you just took the words right outta my mouth! You bully someone long enough, it's a sure-fire way to get them on your back. That's what the U.S. is doing; making enough enemies to wipe out what it has worked for in the last couple of centuries. It's just sad. And about the Iranians, well, calling them terrorists just means they're not doing things within American interests, that's all. If the Russians, Chinese, or (dare I say) even Texans turn their back on the U.S., what do you think they'll be called?

OK fine i accept your analogy.

Now come on though let's go to the beginning if you want to be truthful.
"America" started to capture our ships and enslave our people they caught just as we became a country. America takes our people hostage to get weapons from us because they are too stupid to make their own weapons while they are at constant war with each other. "America" attacked our country on 9/11/01 killing many people which in order to survive our best option was go crush the idiots who want to fight us because they are too weak and cowardly to attack their own people, who are the ones they have the problem with. Because we feel some responsibility we stay and help people rebuild their country but because they are useless they lay around and basically suck at running things on their own, whch irritates us because we want our troops back, but "american" weakness prevents us from pulling them back yet.

oh yeah we're the bad guys. by the way please don't forget when "america" invaded another country because 7,000 yearsa ago it used to be part of whatever.

Basic Answer. America would LOVE to live in peace with the Middle East but it seems the Middle East is not happy unless it is blowing up a bus of children or nuns and saying that people from Mars are to blame for their problems. Maybe if the Middle East stopped being so barbaric and actually joined the rest of the world in the 21st century none of this would be needed.

And Iraq should fix itself now, lazy *******

i would fight any invading force. i would hope many americans would fight along side me. twice the US has been invaded/occupied by other countries(britain 1812 and japan 1942-43). we never allowed them to do so or to remain here. we fought back against it.

i admit alaska was not actually a state yet

it's a response to 9/11

However, 9/11 was an act of arab retallition for American interference in the middle east. America helped Israel steal land and kill thousands of arabs.

Fighting back?

I can tell you my cousin's wife was at the market to buy bread. There were no soldiers in the market. The only people the bomb was aimed at was civilians trying to get along with their own lives. This is not fighting back, this is terrorism.

I can also tell you the my cousin's life was spared thanks to the medical attention received at an American facility.
