O.K. Wash the wings & place in a large bowl. Drizzle w/ olive oil, BBQ sauce, garlic salt, & pepper. Toss the wings around to coat them. Spray a big pan w/ Pam. Spread wings out onto pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 min. Then broil for 3 min.

Honey Barbecued Wings--
20 Chicken Wings, tips removed
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 Bottle KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup honey
oil for deep frying
Wash the chicken wings, then remove the wing tips;
cut the other two pieces in half. Shake off the excess water.
Place the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Mix together the BBQ sauce and honey. Set aside.
Put the flour into a bag, then shake the wings in it, to
lightly coat. Roll the wings in the egg wash, then toss them
back into the bag. You want a fairly heavy coating of flour
so the BBQ sauce has something to hang onto.
Repeat 2 3 times.
Heat a large skillet or use your deep fryer. Heat oil until
it's very hot (around 350 degrees).
Fry the wings until they're golden brown. Remove and
drain on paper towels.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Dip each wing in the BBQ sauce and place on a greased
cookie sheet. Make sure the pieces don't touch each other.
Bake for 15 20 minutes, until they no longer look shiny.

I prefer mine deep fried. Then can add sauce(bottled of choice) and warm in oven or just dip them in some warmed sauce.
Flour wings(shake in a bag with some flour). ..Put on platter for about 15 min so it will stick good. Deep fry in hot oil in fryer or a pan on top of stove at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. They will turn a nice golden brown. Sprinkle with Season salt or barbecue spice or whatever spice you like as soon as they come out of the grease. ENJOY..*Hint: I mix some paprika, garlic powder, black pepper with my season salt for a better taste, but is o.k. plain too...DO NOT crowd wings when frying. May have to fry a few at a time(depends how big pan is). In a 4 qt pan you can get about 8 at a time comfortably. Stir with a long fork after about 1 minute so they don't stick together when cooking and will cook more evern. Stir again after about 5 minutes. If you are going to put BBQ sauce over them, you need not use season salt if you dont want it..**** I like this better cause the skin is better to eat too and not all stringy like rubber from just pouring sauce over them.****When baking BBQ sauce in oven also it will burn very fast.

Put the BBQ sauce in a big bowl. Through in the wings and squish em all around to coat. Lay them on a cookie sheet, single layer, and put them in a 375 degree oven, middle rack. Take em out after 35 minutes, done.
Serve with BBQ or Ranch sauce on the side.

I would put them in the oven with all your seasoning you want on it....cut up some onions and put them in there to bake with the wings...add a cup of water and a little bit of bbq sauce...wait until the wings are almost done and then put more bbq sauce in it ....and then when it is done you use the onions and the bbq sauce that are on the bottom of your pan for a delicious dipping sauce for the wings...hope you find the right one you are looking for...this is delicious tho i use it for parties and gettogethers....good luck

Just wash them in a little lemon or lime juice if you have some and water ... pat them dry ... in a med. sized bowl put flour and some garlic powder, salt and pepper, paprika and some cayenne pepper ... then flour the wings in this mixture, take them out of the bowl, shake off the excess flour mix and set them on a plate for the next step .. . they are very good fried in oil (about 2" of it is fine ...be sure it is really hot before you put them in ... 375' if you have a fat thermometer - if not, when a piece of bread floats to the surface and is bubbly ... that's ok, too) ... keep them hot, serve with a bottle of hot sauce, and a green salad ... potato salad; I you do not wish to fry the, spray with cooking spray and bake them
(see below).
That is my favorite way, especially using the lime juice ..
If you have BBQ sauce, just rinse them well with lemon/lime and some water ... pat dry, line a baking sheet with parchment.... pour some BBQ sauce into a medium-sized bowl, put in the wings and cover them with sauce, add some grated onion if you wish .. put them onto the baking sheet and bake them in a 400' oven about 25 minutes ... test them for doneness ..
serve with fresh lime wedges and some potato salad and a garnish of lettuce ...
If you happen to have a pair of poultry shears, cut off the tips which have no meat ... you can either leave them as is or cut the two remaining
sections apart .. if you do not have shears, it is ok to leave them as is

Combine the following:
Cayanne Pepper (1tbsp)
Cumin (1 tsp)
Pepper (1 tbsp)
Garlic salt (1 tbsp)
Rub all over wings and cook for 50-60 min in a 350 degree oven.
Once they are done (juices run clear), pull out and toss with a sauce (franks red hot is the bomb, but you can use regular barbecue sauce)
