from my experience yes because carbs pack on more fat to your body than protein does... but limit your intake also.... some carbs are good for you and some aint depend on where you find them... but protein cant hurt you unless you over take like for example i am a biodybuilder i eat alot of protein to help my muscles. If you eat alot pf protein and dont work out alot it could harm you in a certain way like your heart and so forth according to some health studies... but try to limit your protein intake and stay awayt from carbs they pack on fat if you aint careful..

It is not true. Protein, as well as Carbohydrate is a nutrient. They work in conjunction with each other, as well as the other 4 major nutrients of fats, vitamin, minerals and water when consumed together.

Protein takes longer to breakdown than carbs but I wouldn't say it's not good for you. Just eat them separately.
