The quote, mind you, pertains to Jesus not God, which makes more sense because God, himself, doesn't really have a physical being (and tus would not eat), but through Jesus, he does(allthough technically their the same person, but in different forms).
Yes, he can, he is all powerful and can do all things.
But if he can do anything, surely he could eat anything of any temperature. That is also true.
So he both can and can't. I suppose, if he wants to he'll let the burrito cool off first, and if not, well, he'll just eat it.

yes, he can. otherwise he would not have unlimited powers. but I still could eat gods burrito, no problem, because I am free to do what I want.
