in a public restroom....a guys standup urinal. i was standing there letting go and some dude walked up to piss....while he was pissing he started passing gas ...LOUD ones too! and i started laughing! was that wrong?

I don't think it was rude at all. Farts are funny! I would have been rolling on the floor laughing. Farts always put a smile on someones face so its a good thing. lmao

If you can't let go in the restroom, where can you? Holding it in is really bad for you, of course letting go in public is bad manners but you should be able to go to the restroom & let go without getting laughed at!

I think he was being rude. Just because it's a public restroom doesn't mean it's a free-for-all.

My husband had a similar experience,he was in a K-Mart bathroom and some guy was pooping and he was farting really loud,my husband almost peed his pants when he came out.I asked him what was he laughing at then he told me so we both had a good laugh!

You wasn't rude, but sure you were impolite. That's part of the things you are allowed to do in a public restroom.

If he had no problem letting it out he should have no problem being laughed at (I'm sure he was expecting a reaction). If anyone was considered rude it would have to be him.

That has happenned to me many times, and i have always laughed. Or been laughed at, whatever the case may be.
