Good Spam: You may not believe this, but...When I was out in L.A., we would skillet fry spam, then throw it on the internet! No, wait...we'd make a sandwich out of it, topped with potato sandwich and mayo on top of the spam!

well this depends on what spam your talking about.

the food: everything should be ate in moderation. having some once in awhile is OK

email: spam email is NOT OK. unless you like to have 10,000 ridiculous emails in your in-box everyday.. then go for it. lol.
