Anyone used an online bankruptcy preparation service? Any feedback you could give?

My friend did it herself by going to the library and reading books on bankruptcy. When she went to file the clerk was amazed that she did not have an lawyer to help her file out the papers.

Nolo Press has excellent resources in reference to BK. This is an excellent site for do-it-yourself legal stuff. They have new and used books that you can purchase.
