Cats that go outside can get abscesses on their paws from fighting with other cats. This happens from a puncture wound from a bite from another cat. Your kitty probably needs to go and see the vet.

if you are not sure, take the kitten to the vet, it may be a small harmless tumor that may have to be removed.
