for breakfast i had frosted mini wheats {shredded wheat}
for lunch i had a turkey sandwich {light bread}
apple
strawberry fruit and grain bar

is it healthy so far?

Not bad. My only suggestions is to change breakfast - any cereal that is frosted has too much sugar in it. Have either unfrosted or try some oatmeal (oatmeal should help you stay fuller longer than cereal too).

sounds good. You've got all your basic food groups (grain, dairy, meats, fruit), macronutrients (protein, carb)... Maybe a little light for me, but if you don't usually eat a lot, it sounds just fine.
