Yes, !!
there is one story in the book of revelation, in the english translated version the Word REPENT is used. This caught my attention early on in my studies of the scriptures because the word repent is usually connected to sinning, but here it is obvious that it constitutes remorse or sadness, it also signifies that even God can NOT know full consequenses of his actions. OH wait, maybe this is NOT the same God of all the universe as is the other person knows as our Saviour and creator.?!!
There is also another manuscript that describes the dialouge between God the Father and Our saviour, where the messiah has such a conversation before the Man Adam is first created. After the creation of Adam, the recognition of consequences and pain and suffering are described, that which is necessary to bring a fallen Soul that is exiled back into the heavenly realm and forgiveness of God.
but i forget which ancient manuscript this story is taken from. I do believe it is a Eastern religious text.

For the sake of the argument, let's pretend that there is a God, and he's omniscient, with that in mind he already knows what will happen to every single human being. Such an omnipotent being would not regret a creation when he knows it's purpose and destiny.

In Gen.6 God said: I regret having created man! I need you to build Me a ship which will serve to save one pair of each kind of animal, bird and reptile on earth, from the Flood which I am bringing to destroy all the wicked."

Since then, maybe.

I don't believe in God, but if you believe the Bible, it says that the flood for which he prepared Noah was because he regretted creating Man.

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 (Genesis 6, KJV)

It depends which god you are talking about.

Did this God destroy all life on earth with a flood after getting mad at his created humans for exercising their inborn free will?
