It starts on the Forehead to the chest, (your)left shoulder to (your)right shoulder. Using your right hand to do it. They also do this while genuflecting as well. Genuflect \JEN-yuh-flekt\, intransitive verb:
To bend the knee or touch one knee to the ground, as in worship.
(I used to be Catholic) It is all universal, so it doesn't matter where you are.
Most Catholics do this at different times and before they enter their pew.

You go from the head to the heart, to the left shoulder, and then to the right shoulder. With Orthodox churches it's the head, the heart, the right shoulder, and then the left shoulder.
