In all seriousness if there was a sure-fire lose weight instantly plan, we'd all be using it. Diet Pills and tv advertised weight loss plans do not work. Don't invest in them.

The fastest way to lose about 7 pounds would be to take an enema, but this is not a healthy way to go about doing it. After you begin eating again this weight will come back as it removes water weight.

If you want to lose weight healthily you should aim for a maximum of 2 lb per week depending on how much you currently weigh.

The only way that I know of that's really fast is the chemical Breakdown diet (also called the 3day diet). You really shouldn't do it, but if you can stick to it for the 3 days (and it's only 3 days remember) you can lose around 10lbs a week! I did it for about 1 month and lost loads, - The only trick is to be careful not to put it all back on again afterwards. Remember to eat healthily while you're off the diet, and drink plenty of water... - at least 2 - 3 litres a day. (I now drink 4litres!).

There are some principles I don't agree with, like that you can add ketchup, worcester sauce, lemon juice etc - don't add those, they have sugar and hidden carbs and calories in them. Only use salt, pepper or tabasco if necessary. You can have black tea and coffee, although drink at least 2-3 litres of water on top of any other liquids.

The four websites below give some good advice, although they differ slightly. Take what you can from all of them. The diet works chemically, so no substitutions work.

PS: Please don't go off carbs completely - you will suffer from withdrawals from them - nasty stuff, believe me! Headaches, nausea, dizziness etc. Besides when you go back on them they simply pile the pounds back on. Use the 3 day diet if you want a quick weight loss, but please try not to look for an instant cure to weight problems, they should be managed more long term.

Excercise is always good advice, don't knock it, but also don't overdo it... again, once you get back to normal - the weight will pile back on... so keep it constant. Only take on what you intend to stick to long term.

Boone's farm apple wine and not eating, you loses 2-3 pounds a day. if you don't like that, any kind of alcohol and not eating. The alcohol speeds up you metabolic rate. I drunk about 2 cups a day for 1 week and i lost 15 pounds. Good luck

fast, drink lots of water, and exercise a lot- stay by a bathroom.
If you are a fairly, heathy man, you could probably lose 7 lb in a day or 2. If you are a tiny little woman, you probably could take a week or more.
When you start eating again, eat a little, soft bland foods, so you don't get sick. Read about it first, so you know what to do.

Lets get this straight you have to eat or you`ll pass out
You didn`t say how quick you wanted to lose it ?
Eat plenty fruit and veg the obvious things
Loads and loads of exercise even ifs its only walking
Remember you have to burn 3 thousand 5 hundred calories for every pound of weight so start moving

Eat very little food ... simple really. Although you are seriously risking your health by losing 7 pounds in the quickest possible time. And you are likely to put it back on pretty quickly too. Yo Yo.
