Depends on the lady.
Some look better without, others are best enhanced by cosmetics.
I would not tell them that I prefer them with make up naturally =)

A lot of men think they prefer no makeup, but the "no makeup" look they like is really what I call the "it took ten products and an hour to look this natural" look. If you apply your makeup so people notice you and not it--"You have pretty blue eyes" as opposed to "That's pretty blue eye shadow"--that's usually best.

Generally without. I don't mind a little eye liner or nail polish, but that is it. If it had to be one way or the other, I prefer without, including hair coloring. Keep it natural.

That depends on the situation.
If we're just sitting on the couch watching a movie, who needs makeup?
But when she's wearing thigh-high leather boots and not much else, yeah makeup is cool.

My fiance, before she died, had a natural beauty that did not need artificial enhancement. That said, there are some women who need all the help they can get. A lot a men too. YBIC

I prefer women with very little-no makeup. Personally, i don't enjoy kissing fish scales and pig fat, and the natural beauty of a women is so much sexier than artificial beauty. most women are naturally beautiful so there's no reason to try to "make it better".

like my dad always said, an old barn can always do better with a fresh coat of paint. I personally think some women look better, some don't. I would go with whatever your man likes.

i like my ladies to have some not a lot that way they are enhansing the natural beaty that GOD gave them but if you look like a makeup truck ran over you walk on then you look cheap

Whatever makes them look "hotter."
Some girls look really nice with makeup and some dont. Many put too much on and that can defeat the purpose.
