I vote for the evil cabal, encompassing everyone from the heartless greedmonger Cheney, the bloodthirsty Rumsfeld, the sycophantic Rice, and the don't-tell-anyone-about-my-defibrillator Bush AND his CIA dad.

Lets face it, G Bush Sr. started all this bull, Now Jr. Bush is trying to save face for his father and he has the cabinet to help him. Thats why soo many are leaving and being replaced. That will keep happening untill they get the right combination.
