i dont know what miracle whip is. dont think you get it in the uk. do you mean salad cream?

I would have to go with Mayonnaise. It's made with whole eggs and cream, while Miracle whip is made with alot of additives and preservatives. Now, ask me which one I like better? Miracle whip! I tend to go with things that taste good and not for what's good for me!!

Miracle Whip, by a mile. Miracle Whip salad dressing has much less carbohydrates than mayonnaise and if you eat it everyday verses mayonnaise you will live approximately 2.5 years longer, on average.

I think mayonnaise--I personally don't care for either,but I have other family members who say that miracle whip tastes to sweet and doesn't mesh well with sandwiches or potato/macaroni salads...

I think their both the same health wise. I use Miracle Whip though. It tastes better.

WEll miracle whip has few calories and fat than mayo does. It doesn't hurt to use mayo just as long as you don't cake it on. You can buy the low fat and fat free mayo but they taste like crap so it wouldn't be worth your time and money, plus your taste buds will be pissed at you. Just eat drink and be happy, but do it in moderation.

I was raised on Mayo Mayonnaise, but niow hellsman is the best Mayonnaise known to human kind. Using anything else is a southern criminal offense which could get you jail time.
Always use hellmans on tomato , banana, tuna fish sandwich or else risk proscution.
