definately a full english roast beef dinner with all the trimmings, yorkshire puddings, horseradish, sprouts and parsnips and heaps of roast potatoes and gravy.....man my mouth is watering now!

juicy rib eye with crispy fat on the outside.
served with cream spinach, and hash brown potatoes.
but crispy roasted duck with a cherry sauce is good too.
or maybe some fall apart pernil???
i love all meats... except lamb and goat. it smells funny.
or any wierd game like ostrich or venison or deer. thats too wiered i cannot eat that.
but i can eat buffalo burgers and buffalo dogs... just not a buffalo steak.

Beef . YOu take it and boil the fat out. wash it good.
Turn it into a sauce for speggetta or just eat it mexican style smothered with green peppers, mushrooms stirfried, (hot if you wish also) onions or what ever fancys your taste buds.
