There was a study recently released that it was okay to drink pop, coffee, etc. It kinda went against popular belief. If you are concerned, then limit or reduce your intake. Water is still the best for your body tho.

Speaking from personal experience, I was sick a lot more when I drank a lot of soda. Not to mention I was an emotional basketcase! Needless to say, I'm not eager to repeat the experience, though an occasional soda is good.

My boyfriends new years resolution was to give up regular soda. That was 10 days ago. he has already lost 8 lbs and he is sleeping alot better.
The empty calories really add up and the sugar content is really high.
And you cant quench your thirst like you can with water. Water is a MUST for nice skin and for your digestive system.

Yes, eventually you may become overweight, plus the suger is not good for your teeth. I like the picture of your mustang, I have one, its windveil blue.

Caffeine is bad for your heart...and I am talking from experience....soda is also bad for your teeth.
