Brush every night for 15 minutes with a good brush. There is nothing better than natural body oil for the hair.

First thing you can do is to drop your usual shampoo. Chances are that the harmful chemicals that are inside are agressive to your scalp and to your hair bulbs. Then, ayurveda and aromatherapy could be useful. Try amla (a plant powder from India) as a hair mask. You could find this product in an Indian grocery. Or try to put a bit of Bay St Thomas essential oil in your shampoo. Any option you use, the best you can do for your hair is to gently massage your scalp daily when shampoing (I do this during two to three minutes). Avoid rubbing your scalp when massaging or drying it. Don't braid your hair (at least no from the roots).
For the dryness use natural oils like olive oil, castor oil, palm oil and shea butter to moisturize whenever your hair feels or look dry, it's far more potent than any cream you can buy in a beauty store. Palm oil is a great option because it is solid at room temperature, so you can wear it under your head caps while swimming, you won't leave a greasy trail in the swimming pool, plus your hair will get a deep conditionning instead of being stripped of their moisture by the chlorine in the water.

the fallout is caused by the pulling of your cap and the chemicals from the pool. put conditioner in your hair before you put on the cap so that it will not pull.

my best guess is that your scalp pores are clogged. you need to get a very cleansing shampoo like neutrogena. shampoo twice. the first time will loosen the dirt and the second will clean it out. shampoo only the scalp and leave it in for a few minutes. that should help declog your scalp pores.

give your hair a weekly olive oil treatment. saturate your hair with olive oil wrap it in a plastic bag to keep the heat in and leave in for 30 minutes once a week. then shampoo and condition.

if you want a good all natural hair product line, try aveda. they have great products.

take supplements like evening primrose and fish oils and sea kelp. this should help encourage healthy hair growth.

i would suggest you go see a hair loss specialist as they can give you the best diagnosis. it may be heredity. it maybe the pool. it may be your diet. it maybe a medical reason.

use professional hair masks and hair tonic to get ur hair back to the normal shape,, ya'll have to use it at least once a week or every couple days,,

Here is a Hair Tonic Recipe
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Gin
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Beat egg yolks until its frothy add the Gin. Beat until the mixture becomes foamy. Massage the entire scalp and hair then rinse out with warm water.
Storage: Most recipes require refrigeration since they don't contain preservatives. Shelf Life is approximately 1 week

Dry Hair Care Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons Corn Oil
Directions:
Add the corn oil to your regular conditioner, rinse out as you normally would.

TIP: To avoid having dry brittle hair, avoid using hot curling irons or blow dryers, bleaching and perming, and hair dyes....use safe alternatives instead such as natural dyes like hennas. Sometimes lacking nutrients can also cause dry brittle hair. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement on a daily basis.

Fruit Smoothie Hair Mask
Blend 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1/4 avocado, 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil and 1 tablespoon yogurt. For extra conditioning, squeeze in the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Leave in hair for 15 minutes.

Honey & Olive Oil Hair Mask
Mix 1/2 cup honey and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Work a small amount at a time through hair until coated. Cover hair with a shower cap; leave on 30 minutes. Shampoo well and rinse.

Hope that will help ya :)
Good Luck

have you had a change in your diet recently? If you are swimming with caps, I think the pool might not be your problem. If so, you might want to check the chemicals in your pool. The test kits are under $10. If you've recently started a diet, the change in eating might be having a negative effect on your body. This is why they tell you to see a doctor before beginning any weight loss program. You may have hypo-thyroidism, it can cause hair loss. Check all of your options because this sounds like a health problem to me.
