I would say 14-16 people, depending on the number of side dishes. I just did a dinner party for 12 with a 10 pound roast, potatoes, risotto, and 2 veggies and there was leftovers.

In my family, probably 6. On the average I would say 12-15. A 10# brisket will only be about 7.5 after you cook it.

I would say about 8-10, because it will shrink down as you cook it. But, if you have a lot of side dishes you could get some more out of it. Also depends if you want leftovers.
