I was called in '02 but wasn't chosen. I haven't been called since. Does that help?

As long as you report for jury duty, you can be excused for up to 3 years from serving again, regardless of whether you were chosen for a trial. Even if you get yourself excused after the first day (in some counties, like Somerset, you're on call for the whole week), that still counts. It's a good idea to make a note of that date just in case they call you before the 3 year period is up.

probably. all you have to do is look up the number for and call your local district or county court. it is 3 years for petit jury in NH.
but that doesn't include grand jury duty.

Give 'em a call, the receptionist at your nearest court will easily answer that for you.

Most jurors are chosen, at random from voter registration. Once you have been called, you will be out of the pool for a time that varies state to state and county to county.

In Morris County once you're called your name probably won't be called for many years until all the names are recycled.
