im always noticing the time 10:23 almost everyday now and about almost every other hour like 4:23 5:23 11:23 and so on its veryy verry weird and i wondering why is this happening? is it mabe a sign of some sort or what?

You are actually training yourself to check the time at those particularly times.
Don't believe it? Count how many times you check the clock when it ISN'T those times.

I've held a silly superstition that looking at a digital clock at 12:34 is bad luck. If it displays seconds, 12:34:56 is really bad luck. All those people that looked at a clock 12:34:56 7/8/90 probably spontaneously combusted on the spot.

Well, seems like 23 is important, pluse 1023...
Play 1023 as a 4 number thingy for your local lottery, and play 23 as well for front/back pairs.
