I had 5 people over last night and I went to sleep and one of them took my key and stole my car. I know all the people that were here last night. I noticed it was gone when I woke up to go to work this morning. What should I do?

First I'd find out which one of the five did it. Then I'd kick him in the goddamned nuts. You don't steal another man's ride.

Report it to the police. If someone took your car, they are not your friend. A friend would have asked to borrow it. Besides, if he took something that you would obviously notice was gone, how many things do you think has he stolen from you that you haven't noticed.

Sorry your car was stolen. Report it to the police & let them deal with it, but contact your "buddies" and ask if any noticed who might have "taken" your car. Someone might own up. By the way, "steel" is a hard metal; "stealing" is taking without permission. How hard is the metal on your car?

Call the police. At this point you don't know if he had a wreck, dumped the car, robbed the bank, or killed someone while in your car.
Call the police to keep yourself out of trouble if he did go out and do something stupid!!!!!! Oh, sorry. I mean, something more stupid than taking your car!!!
