.Try to keep in mind, that 30 years ago environmental activists were screaming about global COOLING. If you dont believe me, do a little research. Personally, if we do stay on a warming trend for the next 20 years, I'll just be wearing alot less clothes.

Global warming has been occuring for a long time. Since the last iceage the northern hemisphere has warmed and cooled many times and will continue to do so reguardless of what mankind does or doesn't do. Burning oil, coal and forests as well as the living biosphere generates CO2 that does raise the level of that gas in the atmosphere and they say CO2 causes global warming. The truth is it has been going on long before man learned how to make fire.
