I am a sophmore in high school and in the guys eyes i'm either "1 of the guys" the baby of the skool (my sis is a senior and is friends w/every1!) I really like my friend and he just keeps on flirting with me! he treats me like one of the guys just cuz i like sports! so what if i like to play football with them! I'm still a girl and should be recognized! (sp)
what do i do to get his attention? without ruining our friendship and making a compleat idiot out of myself?

I had your same situation in high school. I had many guy friends. it was great, because I had other interest. The sure fire way to get a guy notice you is to be seen with another guy in question. So if your mom's friends have any friends your age or approxametly that would be seen with you. That is all it will take. Guys always want what they can't have. Doesn't mean you have to date the other guy just be seen with him

You be direct- your a take charge "sports minded" girl.
So relationships are just like sports.
You learn the "rules" of engagement and the strategies and apply them to yourself.
Say "hey" 'GUY- I really dig you as a friend and know you don't have a girlfriend, so am I good candidate for that job?
Can we get coffee and talk about that?
If he says, just friends- the say great- I can really use a guys help!
Then pick his brain on "what kinda girl he likes".... and use that information- to "win" that game or find another "goal".
He will be shocked and kinda nervous. So "doll up", a little more- wear paint on your nails and some jewelry- don't pretend to be something or one your not. Have fun-life is short!

Be who you are is the best advice anyone can give you. He likes you for who you are and the things you like to do. When not at school or playing sports, dress up, be sexy, wear make up and sexy clothes. Not vulgar ones that show to much though. You could also try telling him that he is a great friend and that you like him more than that and would he ever consider going on a date with you. Why don't you ask him to go to the movies or something, maybe a school dance. I hope you found my advice helpful and that this turns out to be one of the happiest times in your life.

first off,your not a guy,you don't need to go playing football,to men its just another way to grope a girl,don't go there.
Second,if you want to get noticed like a girl than act like one,wear skirts,a little makeup but,don't throw yourself at him,you do that and your gonna look like an idiot.
I am not talking about slut skirts either,you can be cute without being trashy and throwing off the impression that your easy.
Don't be afraid to let out the girl side of you,just do it in a good way,not play the helpless chick act but not play the tomboy...

If he's flirting with you then why do you still need to get his attention? You already have it. When you're around him talk about things other than sports that he might also be interested in. Or you could play wrestle. lol In general with guys, be nice, smile, flirt back.

first of all dont ever act like one of those ditsy dumb girls be smart. guys are attracted to gurls that are smart. dont come on too strong just tell him hey lets hang out sometime then when you guys get a little more alone time it will be easier for him to focus on you and notice you like him well girly good luck

Maybe him thinking you as a guy isn't so bad.Maybe he is just scared to come up to you as a girl.Maybe he has feelings for you too.You wont know if he has feelings for you too unless you talk to him.If you are to scared to talk to him yourself have a friend do it for you.If he doesn't like you like you then maybe you two were meant to friends and friends only.

flirt back with him, ask your sister to help you, dress up a little around him, don't act all girlie and dumb around him,be yourself, if he is flirting with you then he must like you, you just need to take the next step, maybe talk to him see how he feels it, maybe ask him out sometime
