Yes I have...You don't even know of the things you are speaking about with your disrespect. Thats okay though, I use to be a non-believer like you and made fun...thought it was all fake. But I gotta tell you my friend, when The Holy Spirit gets ahold of your life, you get a very fast and rude awakening that God is for real and so is His Presence. It only takes just ONE TIME...and you'll never ever say those things again. And, there is not a higher high to experience on all the earth. So be cautious what you say.

I have never known or heard of any injuries as a result. Even though I believe you intend to make fun, it's a good question. I'll be praying for you that you'll be able to experience such bliss. PEACE!!!

Yes, I have been slain in the spirit. It is the best possible feeling, to feel God come over you. No it does not hurt when they smack you on the forehead, sometimes they don't need to smack you, just to breathe on you or to speak to you can do it too. I've never seen anyone crack their head on the floor, usually someone is there to catch them. God wouldn't intentionally hurts someone like that. Have you ever been slain in the spirit? Are you saved? Do you know God as your personal savior?

I have been "slain in the spirit" a few times in my life as a Christian. I have seen the power of God drop people before the preacher even got to them. The reason, as I see it, is we have a tendency to fight change in our life. In order to fully accept the break through of whatever the struggle may be in our spirit, sometimes we have to get knocked down or out in some cases so that He can do what needs to be done.
To answer your other two ?s. No it doesn't hurt and there are usually ushers behind you to catch you.

Has not happened to me yet.

People do not have to smack you, or even touch you.

Quite often people do not hit the floor, but float to the floor.

And even it some one does hit the floor, it does not hurt because they are in the power of God.

I'm with Father K--it's mostly play-acting. The "healer" makes a big show, but doesn't really strike the person hard, and there are usually helpers standing by to make sure the person is eased safely to the floor.
