ive heard taking naps during the day is good for you, but when i try to i wake up groggy ,short of breath ,and my heart is beating pretty fast. oh and i get a headache afterword.

yea same here. maybe u slept too long. 15min to an hour the most is the best

Maybe taking naps during the day isn't working out for you, everyone's different. Try staying awake during the day and then go to bed early if you're tired. Also make sure you're getting enough water and try exercising, that will help you sleep better at night.
