I want to tighten up my abs and i dont have time to go to the gym or spend time working out in front of the tv due to my packed schedule and i can't seem to figure out how to squeeze exercising into my college schedule and be able to keep up my fast pace life. I have a hard time sticking with something that doesnt interest me. Plus i only have three months till i go to my friends prom and my stomach is gonna be an issue come dress shopping. I just want to find a way to exercise and see results fast not months from now is there anything i can do?

Its for women (there is one for men http://www.thefitbastard.com/?noexcuses=1325) and its all about how to lose weight and have a body you love...I lost 30 pounds in just a few months all while gaining muscle and toning...and I've never been to a gym. I had the same problem though...it was in my stomach and I didnt have time to be going to the gym and waiting around for results...

But be careful when using any diet supplement. I found that Hoodia almost killed me, so I avoid it like the plague.

If all you are concerned about are your abs, then do 20 sit ups every morning and another 20 each night right before dinner. That should tone just that one region. Just do it every single day.

If exercise doesn't work, find a lace up corset dress off of www.PromDressShop.com then suck it in and tighten it up with the laces.
