Sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection with a sinus infection. I would go see a doctor.

You may just have a cold. Your bloody nose episodes may be just irritation. Maybe Rhinitis or Sinusitis. If you don't feel better in a week to ten days, or develop other symptoms like tightness in your chest, coughing up blood or gray foul tasting sputum you may want to see your Dr. you may need an antibiotic.
