100 is theoretically possible but I've never seen it. I have seen a few 99s (I scored 95).
Looking at the other answers, I think we're talking about different tests or different scores. My answer refers to afqt, a composite score of all categories combined. Over 100 is not possible.

Maximum Asvab score is 99.
Maximum line score is 159
Different school require different base numbers AG school 110 GT, etc.

The highest you can score overall on the ASVAB is 99. The points for each of the 9 catagories vary, but they are important (especially the GT). Every MOS has point requirements for at least one or two of the subcatagories, depending on the job. The higher you score, the more job opportunities will be open to you. Infantry has the lowest point requirements, and I believe military intelligence has the highest.

When I took the ASVAB in 1983, my GT was 155. (My recruiter was amazed. He said 155 was as high as it went.) My percentile rank was 99, which means I was in the top 1% in the nation.

I don't think anyone knows the answer to that question. The highest I've ever heard of anyone having is 130. I do know that 110 is the highest minimum for an MOS, because officers whined about mine being 115 and got it changed.

When I joined the Marines in '99, GT maxed out at 135. I got a 132. Don't ask me how.
