Nope. You might get a stitch in your side or cramps, but appendicitis is an infection that food and exercise have no affect whatsoever on.

No, pretty much it happens when your appendix thinks it's time for it to happen, or it may never happen at all. If you've just eaten a big meal, wait a while to exercise because maybe what you're feeling is cramps. Usually it's good to eat light right before exercise, or wait till afterward.

you really should wait at least an hour after you eat before exercising, because your body is busy digesting what you ate, and exercising will drain resources away from the digestion process.

No, stomach cramps maybe, but not appendicitis, it either flairs up or it doesn't.
