after a certain age, the boy/girls will definitely need their own space. I'm assuming they are younger for now so would go with something they all like as far as decorating (music, fave tv show, cartoon, nature, space, etc.) neutral or bold colors. I had two sisters and myself so we had the space situation too. Trundle or bunk beds are pretty efficient to save on some floor space or loft one of the beds. A futon is also handy cuz then can work as a bed as well as a sitting area for reading or hanging out together. Also beds that have the storage drawers UNDER them are handy and take away the dresser issue. Is there another area u can convert so that they can get away from eachother at least sometimes and eventually change into another bedroom area?

Well the adults would have one bedroom. I guess it also depends on the age of the kids. You use a large piece of furniture to divide the room into the boys side and the girls side so they can all have some privacy. Maybe the boy is younger and you could put up a cool tent in his area for him to sleep in. It would be like camping. Maybe think about a hammock or cotts.
You dont have an unfinished attic, basement, or garage you could use.

The easiest solution, without having to do major remodeling on your house, is to have the two adults in one room (i'm assuming they are a couple) and have the three kids in the other. Using bunk beds for the two older ones can really save on room and a small twin or crib for the third. Hope this helps! Good luck.

my friends parents have a beautiful 3 bedroom home, and there are two girls and 1 boy living there... each girl have their own room and the boy his room.... the parents have couches in the family room that turn into sofa bed... the house has plenty of closets so they have room to put their clothes in... and it works out great....

Build on a extra bedroom.....sounds like the best solution....or if you have a garage convert it to a bedroom.
