I think Georgia is like everywhere else. You get busted, and your parents are called. You have to go to court, and as you are a juvenile, you could be sent away, but more likely, a lesser form of punishment will happen. The rest depends on your parents, and how they feel.

In Georgia as in any state you can be arrested, pay a fine, and suffer the wrath of your Parents!!
