I don't know. I haven't noticed this usage.

I would like to know why so many people say 'hopefully' in the manner they do. As in "Tomorrow will be a nice day, hopefully."

Hopefully is an adverb. Adverbs modify verbs. What do they mean when they use a dangling adverb?

Tomorrow will be a nice day, I hope.

Saying the word forcefully or speaking forcefully.

Speaking forcefully comes out because that is our nature when confronted.
