The only thing I know that can weaken or destroy a testimony, is apathy. Or doing nothing to strengthen it over a period of time.
No power on earth can destroy your testimony!
Only you doing nothing to strengthen it, (like Prayer, scripture study and service to others).
Your Testimony can only come from the Holy Ghost, as he will testify to you of our God, as you ponder and search for truth.

I think the biggest one is that we can become so comfortable with our testimonies and thinking to ourselves that we're doing pretty good spiritually speaking, so we slowly but surly stop doing those little daily things that really feed an nourish that testimony.
I think it happens to everybody all the time. One day we wake up and realize we're almost starving spiritually, and never even knew it.

The only one who has the power to LET their testimony stop growing is YOU. You are the one who decides. You either nourish it by going to church, keeping the commandments, sharing it...or you let it whiter away until it's gone. There is always hope to regain your testimony but it will take work, prayer and nourishment!

Well, you'll want to stay away from the path of logic. Logic will ruin faith just about every time.
Also, reason and humanism will kill it.

No one can take away your testimony but you.
No one can destroy your testimony but you.
No one can destroy your faith but you.
No one can destroy your hope but you.
No one can destroy your joy in Christ but you.
No one can destroy Christ's testimony in you but you.
No one can destroy you but you.
Having said all that there are people in the world and things in the world and things of the world - that if we give them the ability, empower them over us, allow them to do so can destroy us - but without our free will entering into it - cannot be done. You must overcome those who oppose your Spiritual formation in Christ. You yourself must go on into becoming grounded in the most holy faith in Christ Jesus. You yourself must take responsibilty for living out your life in Christ Jesus.
Having said all that you can not do it alone you will need to participate with others in your communion of the saints. You will need to fellowship regularly with an active and growing body of believers. You will need to actively participate in all the areas of faith: prayer, worship, reading and studying the word of God, discipleship.
Having said all that you will need to daily experience God in all His fullness, in a relationship that defines who you are in Him. Without this regular dynamic experience with God on daily basis you cannot do the former things describe they would all be lip service, and not actual experiential lifestyle in Christ.
Having said all that; know that - it is all for Him, only for Him, always for Him, both now and forever.

Oh boy you bet! I've been studying and reading about spiritual warfare and yesterday fear crept over me like crazy! My joy was completely gone. Satan is strong but Jesus is stronger.

Faith.
Faith endures where logic fails.
Logic says a man can't walk on water, but faith says it has already happened.

Usually logic is a good cure for faith. Once the pill of logic is swallowed, the infection is fairly well cured, though it takes time.
