Arguments for and against the existence of God have been proposed by philosophers, theologians, and other thinkers. In philosophical terminology, existence of God arguments concern schools of thought on the epistemology of the ontology of God. This entry is not intended to prove or disprove the existence of God, only to present the arguments of opposing sides. Some of these sides are mutually exclusive, so not everything in this entry is metaphysical truth, nor does it pretend to be.

The debate concerning the existence of God raises many philosophical issues. A basic problem is that there is no universally accepted definition of God. Some definitions of God's existence are so non-specific that it is certain that something exists that meets the definition; in stark contrast, other definitions are apparently self-contradictory. Arguments for the existence of God typically include metaphysical, empirical, inductive, and subjective types. Arguments against the existence of God typically include empirical, deductive, and inductive types. Viewpoints represented include atheism, either no belief in God or the view that God does not exist; theism, the view that God exists; and agnosticism, the view that whether or not God exists is unknown or unknowable.

Schrodinger's Cat thought experiment, as simplified as i can get it, forgive me.

1. Cat is in a chamber

2. there is a reader to determine how fast the cat is decaying

3. We continuously move towards death, and thus have decaying cells

4. dead, decaying bodies obviously produce decaying cells

5. therefore this reader can only tell us that the cat is moving towards death/nothingness. It can not tell us if the cat is alive, dying or dead

6. Therefore, we will not be able to know if the cat is alive, dying or dead until we open the box and see

7. Therefore, using the principles of Quantum Physics, the cat in the box is always and forever 1/2 dead, and 1/2 alive, until we open the box.

Such is the nature of G-d. some mystics will describe G-d in oxymorons, paradoxes, or by describing what G-d is not. G-d does not exist, and G-d does not not exist.

In short, there's no proof. You'll have to wait and talk to G-d yourself.

No evidence at all.
No evidence of Jesus ever living either.
No evidence of Gilgamesh.
No evidence of Thor, Odin and Balder.
No evidence of any of the wacky superstitious nonsense people call religion at all.

He created space and He created time.
He has told us some of the things that He was going to do (recorded in the Bible) and going to do.
