I am very content having on life partner, it's sad to know that the world today has become very self-centered into believing that you have the right to disrespect yourself and those you love by being with other people at the same time.
Then again, those who I would call "players" and I am referring to both sexes, if they can't settle with one person, then they need some serious soul searching because we all can settle with one person, and that one person should be our best friend, lover, and husband/wife.

Speaking only for myself, of course, my husband and I are. We've been together since we were 14 years old (12 years now), and have weathered all kinds of emotional storms. From infidelity, to a premature child, to severe drug and alcohol abuse, we've been there, done that. But, we had made a decision to stay together (and trust me, sometimes it was very close). We have a remarkably strong relationship, the sort that doesn't pop up overnight. And we know that whatever comes up, we can make it through together. And you have to earn that.

I think they are. If someone says he or she isn't, it is not being uncomfortable but just a state of mind at certain situations . You need to understand whomsoever you choose to be your partner and it' not easy so, I think you cannot go for another one.

y not . if the one who's intantions r wrong then he/she will not b happy ,wheater he has a 1 or 2 partner. if he is honest with his partner then i dont think that he will need another

We are all individuals so you do have a point.
But most are I think, and even then can not afford one..... so you have other outlet in certain cities.
