How can I tell if there has been a wire tap put onto my phone??

has been another family member and I suspect. Isn't that invasion of my privacy?? I have digital service through a local cable company as well.

Next time when you talk to some body (at other end) make that person (who is listening in on you) that you up for some thing. Than look for an obvious sign. It would give a clue. Think up some clever ways.
